About Me
Hi, I’m Jessica Lumpkin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor with over a decade of experience helping children, teens, and families navigate life’s ups and downs. I’m passionate about changing the conversation around mental health—focusing on prevention, early intervention, and empowerment so young people can truly thrive.
